Being familiar with Next Home in my area we reached out to a Next Home Realtor in Houston. Boy did we get lucky! Moving from out of state brings with it it’s own anxiety but Chantell was there and her expertise made this a seamless process. I began my search in late June, closed early August. She was never not available and the team of professionals she works with were just as thorough as she is. All I had to do was show up and sign!

My family and I came from California and we were very interested in purchasing a home in TX. I was looking for a realitor and I found her online, she had great reviews. I couldnt fly out due to my work schedule so my wife met with her and Chantell was so nice and friendly, she felt like a family member. She was well informed about the area. In the beginning, Lisa met us to view homes very last minute due to us traveling from out of town. After not having any luck the first trip and returning home, Lisa arranged to view homes for us virtually and toured them by herself. No matter the distance she was willing to go for us. After finding the dream home, Lisa went to work with the seller, getting the inspection, and staying on top of my Loan Officer. I greatly appreciate Lisa and will be recommending her to anyone shopping for a home.

Prior to Chantell, I had put my home up for sale with another realtor a year before I met her. I received only one offer. My realtor at the time advised me not to take the offer. I did not receive another offer after that and had to take my home off the market a few months later. It was such a blessing when Chantell and her team came into the picture. Within days of meeting with her, she had the cleaning crew and photographer at my home. After a week or so on the market, I received two offers. Within a month or so my home was sold.
